The second Swiss Alpine Archaeology Summer School is about survey and landscapes, Alpine economy, pastoralism, mining, geology and mineralogy.
It comprises invited keynotes for specific topics and teachings on methods, applications and models. Lectures and practical fieldwork take place in one of Switzerland’s promising archaeological regions, the Binntal in Valais.
